Social PA Terms and Conditions Agreement

Effective Date: 01 January 2023

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Social PA’s platform and services. By accessing or using Social PA, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions under the governing law of the United Kingdom.


1. Definitions

“Social PA” refers to the platform and services offered by Social PA, including the website, mobile application, and related features.

“User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses Social PA.

“Subscription” refers to the user’s monthly subscription plan, which may be either a Free Trial, Standard, Gold, or VIP, as described in the introduction.

“Booking” refers to the reservation of a table or seating at an establishment made through Social PA.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

Social PA offers three paid-for subscription plans: Standard, Gold, and VIP. Each plan has specific features and pricing as described on the platform.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis, starting from the date of your initial subscription.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through the platform.

Your subscription is personal to you and may not be transferred to another individual or entity.

All fees are non-refundable.

A free trial is offered to new users which , this is personal to the individual and Social PA reserves the right to cancel

3. Bookings

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of monthly bookings, as described in the introduction. Unused bookings do not carry over to the following month.

A booking may be limited to a maximum number of people, as determined by your subscription plan.

The availability of bookings is subject to restaurant availability and the platform’s booking rules.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

Social PA is a booking agent and is not responsible for the quality of service, food, or any experiences at the food establishments booked through the platform.

Social PA does not take responsibility for any food allergies, illnesses, or adverse experiences resulting from dining at the restaurants booked through the platform.

Restaurants booked through Social PA reserve the right to refuse entry and have their own terms and conditions that guests must abide by. This includes but is not limited to dress codes and rules regarding guest behaviour.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the platform, including personal details, payment information, and dietary preferences.

Users must adhere to the terms and conditions of the restaurants they book through Social PA, including dress codes, behaviour rules, and any other requirements specified by the restaurant.

6. Termination

Social PA reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform if you violate these terms and conditions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any fees already paid.

7. Privacy

Social PA values your privacy and collects and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

Social PA reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to users.

Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions regularly to ensure compliance with the most current version.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
